CJNG Advances in Mexicali: 4 Killed in Less Than 24 Hours. In less than 24 hours, four people were found dead in different parts of the city, in incidents allegedly related to the CJNG's advance in the region. The two most recent cases occurred on the highway to San Felipe, where two men were found with signs of violence and their hands tied, along with a suspected narco-message.
